General Terms and Conditions Zwemreus
General
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers from Zwemreus and to all agreements entered into with Zwemreus. By placing an order you agree to the delivery and payment conditions. Zwemreus reserves the right to change its delivery and/or payment terms after the term has expired.
Delivery
Delivery takes place while stocks last. Zwemreus strives for the fastest possible delivery. The stated delivery times are indicative. Exceeding any delivery period does not entitle you to compensation or the right to cancel your order or terminate the agreement.
Prices
Prices will not be increased within the term of the offer, unless legal measures make this necessary or if the manufacturer implements interim price increases. All prices on the site are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typographical errors.
Trial period / right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to terminate the underlying agreement with Zwemreus within 14 days of receipt of the products, without giving reasons. After cancellation, the buyer has another 14 days to return the product. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Data management
If you place an order with Zwemreus, your details will be included in Zwemreus’ customer base. Zwemreus adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will not provide your data to third parties.
Warranty and conformity
Zwemreus guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability and the legal provisions and/or government regulations existing on the date of the conclusion of the agreement.
Complaints procedure
Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to Zwemreus within a reasonable time, after the consumer has discovered the defects. Complaints submitted to Zwemreus will be answered within 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, Zwemreus will respond within 14 days with an acknowledgment of receipt and an indication of when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to every agreement between Zwemreus and the buyer. All disputes related to or arising from offers from Zwemreus, or agreements concluded with Zwemreus, will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
